Coffee Details
Black Mountain is named for Serra Negra in Minas Gerais — a classic natural profile. The cherries are dried on the fruit, on patios or raised beds, then milled. It is not a single-farm lot: it is a regional offering, cupped for praline, milk chocolate, nuttiness, a heavy body, and a lemon-like lift. I bought it as the everyday coffee in the range.
