I started Atlas Coffee because I wanted to make the kind of coffee I was always looking for myself: carefully sourced, properly roasted, and enjoyable without needing a glossary to understand it.
My time as a barista taught me that the best cups are not always the loudest or most complicated. They are balanced, sweet, reliable, and worth coming back to. That is the standard behind every Atlas release.
The range stays intentionally small. Instead of offering dozens of coffees at once, I choose distinct origins with something worthwhile to say in the cup, then roast and describe each one so it is easier to find the coffee that suits you.
Close enough to make the right decisions.
Atlas is roasted on a hand-built Cormorant CR600g from Cornwall. Its small capacity suits the way I want to work: hands-on, deliberate, and close enough to every roast to taste, adjust and improve.
Small-batch roasting is not a marketing line here. It is what allows the coffee to be given proper attention before it reaches your cup.
