Delivery

Atlas Coffee offers delivery within the United Kingdom where stated on the website.

Delivery charges and any estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Dispatch

Orders are roasted and prepared in small batches. We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible, but dispatch times may vary depending on roasting schedule, weekends, bank holidays, order volume, or courier delays.

Local collection

Free local collection is available from Church Hill North, Redditch.

Full collection details can be confirmed after your order is placed.

Your right to cancel

If you buy online as a consumer, you will usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

If you cancel within this period, you then usually have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Refunds after cancellation

Where a cancellation right applies, refunds will usually be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods back, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back.

If standard delivery was paid for, that cost will also be refunded. If a more expensive delivery option was selected, we only refund the standard delivery cost.

Exceptions

Some goods may not be eligible for cancellation or return where they are sealed for health protection reasons once unsealed, or where they are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.

This may apply to coffee and other food products depending on the condition of the goods and the circumstances of the return.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at atlascoffeeroasters@gmail.com.

Where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, your statutory rights under UK consumer law will still apply.
